Welcome to Bedford High School! Bedford High School is one of the largest high schools in the county, with a tradition of excellence both inside and outside of the classroom. Our mission is to promote high levels of learning for all students. To help our students achieve their goals, we offer a variety of traditional classes as well as many unique opportunities that allow all students to create a distinct educational experience and grow. From a wide range of honors and Advanced Placement (AP) courses to classes in the performing and visual arts, as well as diverse elective classes, we believe we provide opportunities that are unmatched in the area.

Our school is supported by a tremendous community, caring parents, and dedicated teachers. Many school programs, sports, and clubs would not be possible without the donations from our community. Additionally, each year, our parents contribute hundreds of hours to support our various after-school programs. Our teachers work collaboratively in professional teams called PLCs to ensure that our curriculum is rigorous and relevant, while also making certain that our students are both supported and challenged to meet these academic goals. This combination of parental and community involvement, alongside the work of dedicated staff, is the reason our students regularly rank among the top—if not the top—performing student bodies in various avenues and publications.

Each year, we are excited to see what our students accomplish, and we are fortunate to have a genuinely caring student body and strong student leadership.
